Not impressed with the recipe. Maybe need to reorganize steps and change quantities. In the future I would suggest sautéing the garlic and peppers together until cooked. Mixing the sauce separately. Stirring noodles in with pepper mix, and then pouring the sauce over. Sauce would need adjusted to be much less thick!
Also, I don’t think that photo is from this recipe, the sauce is much darker and thicker, and the recipe doesn’t have anything green listed in the noodles.
