Great recipe! The chicken fell off the bone, was pretty moist and was quicker than traditional roast chicken (done in 1 hr 10 minutes). I would highly recommend this to anyone cutting down their energy bills by using the oven less.
Two things of note: 1) I got a char, but I didn't achieve a crispy rotisserie skin. 2) it can be challenging to manoeuvre the chicken in the pot, so make sure you have some muscles.
