We had it over brown rice and we both liked it very much. Very good flavors and I had everything already here. Used dried fennel but it still was present. Per the instructions, yes Beyond Meat sausage is kinda mushy thawed, so I usually freeze it and cut it that state. I also usually cook the sausage before adding it to anything. I use this stuff a lot. I forgot to take a pic but it will be in at least a quarterly rotation.
