Boneless Pork Chops in Creamy Irish Whiskey Sauce

Absolutely good. We made it as directed. Adjusted for 6 servings to have leftovers. That didn't work out. The extra 2 were eaten. Thank you.

Definitely needs more spice for flavor. Will try it again.

Used Bourbon whiskey instead of Irish whiskey as that was what we had in the house, but still came out good

had a good taste. subbed coconut oil for butter and coconut cream for the cream and it worked great. kids said that it would also make a good soup with pulled pork instead of chops so might try and tweak it for that by adding liquid and some other veggies.

So delicious and pretty easy! Perfect for 4 servings and served it with the grilled veggies with pesto and goat cheese. Be sure to finish pork chops in oven if they're thick like I made:)

I think the Italian seasoning was too much for the dish, it overpowered the sauce’s taste. It was simple to put together so I will make it again with less seasoning to see if that improves the flavor.
