This Instant Pot mini meatloaf recipe makes 7 or 8 mini meatloaves (depending on the size of your mold), which easily serves 4 people. Because I love any excuse to eat bacon, these Instant Pot mini meatloaves includes bacon, however if you don't have any, the recipe works out just fine without it.
