Homemade Vanilla Extract

Easiest recipe ever. I used 300ml vodka and about 35g vanilla pods, all cut lengthways. Can't say if it's good yet as I've just put the vanilla in today, but into the cupboard it goes for about 6 months, and I'll try to remember to update this when it's ready.
