Instructions
Step 1
Boil your pasta water and cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Be sure to save ¼ cup of pasta water. Preheat your oven to 400°.
Step 2
Cook your salmon until 145° internal. I sauteed my salmon on the stove on medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side and then air fried it for 10 minutes at 350°.
Step 3
To assemble your dish, add the Boursin to the center of a medium sized baking dish. Chop your asparagus into bite sized pieces and surround the Boursin in the dish with your asparagus. Top this with your seasonings and olive oil.
Step 4
Bake this dish at 400° for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Once fully cooked, add in your pasta, pasta water, salmon and top with lemon juice! Mix this all together and enjoy!
