Beer-Braised Rabbit

Delicious! I have been wanting to cook rabbits for many years and recently was lucky enough to get some from a friend. I went hunting with him several times with my son to try our luck. We are not experienced enough to get them ourselves yet. I am so grateful to finally try to cook and feed my family and this recipe did them justice. I did not even need any salt or pepper. I hope to get some more before the season ends but, if not, I will remember this meal and be motivated for next year. Give this a try, you will not be disappointed. I added in the back straps as well and they were a touch tough but still delicious.
