Easy chocolate fudge cake

My go-to chocolate cake recipe. For the fudge topping I melt 90g unsalted butter with 150g of dark chocolate (I use Bournville) and 200g of condensed milk in a pan over a low heat until just melted and combined. Then transfer to a mixing bowl and leave to cool for several hours, until it is at a spreadable consistency, but holds it's shape. Delicious.

I didn’t have any bicarb or self raising flour so used plain flour and 2 x baking powder. Turned out great!

Made it as per the recipe, perfect - was a massive hit for Dads 70th!

Best chocolate cake I have ever made! So tasty, and so moist!
