Step 1
First of all, pour the heavy cream into the jar,then add the salt.

Second, close the lid tightly and shake for five minutes until the heavy cream has solidified.
Step 3
Third, if you keep shaking the jar, the water separates. You can either stop once it's whipped or continue for a more solid whipped butter. Just open the jar and drain the water out carefully while holding back the butter in the jar.
Step 4
Finally, place it back in the jar. Enjoy or refrigerate for an hour.
