Already made them twice in the last week. Very quick and easy recipe with delicious result. Works well in my large airfryer.. I substituted the molasses with golden syrup the first time, and with honey the second time - and used dark brown sugar the first time (but they got slightly crunchy inside as the brown sugar didn't dissolve completely, so used caster sugar for the second batch).
