Creamy Instant Pot Tortellini Soup

So good! I topped mine with a little bit of Parmesan cheese.

A NEW FAVORITE!!! I added mushrooms, I had some that I had to use up, otherwise I followed the recipe as is.

I always brown stuff on the stove as my insta pot burns if I try to saute and then pressure cook. Even with a deglaze. This recipe took longer than it said it would. Closer to 30-35 minutes.

I only used one package of tortellini - 8 Oz ~ Plenty of tortellini!
