Crock pot Hamburger Potato Casserole Recipe

I used 1 lb meat and added garlic herb seasoning to the meat when cooking. And added onions. I used Swiss cheese slices. I would make again exactly the same!

4.5 hrs cook time, add salt/seasonings, slice potatoes thinly

added 2.5 cups of frozen veggies, yum!

I halved the recipe and still had enough for 3 and leftovers
