Greek Chicken Souvlaki Recipe with Tzatziki

Forgot to snap a pic but it was very tasty after a 30 minute marinade and a few minutes in the griddle pan! Simple, easy, tasty, versatile ... Definitely will make this again.

I pounded a chicken breast thin and sliced into strips. I marinated the chicken for 2 days before cooking on a grill pan for pitas

Turned out pretty well. I made it with tzatziki, paired very well.

Meat was tender, extremely flavourful. Tzatziki was perfect. Would definitely make again. What I changed: - did not skewer meat (grilled as small pieces) - did not food process spices (using food processor for hummus)

This is best if marinated for a few hours. Very easy to cook. I soak my skewers for 2 hours and freeze extra to have them ready. Everyone who tries this loves it. I like to make tacos with this and use tzatziki.
