Ingredients: 140 g Butter; 200 g Plain flour; 100 g Soft brown sugar; 100 g Caster sugar; ½ tsp Baking powder; ½ tsp Sea salt; 40 g Cocoa powder; 1 tsp Vanilla extract; 3 tbsp Whipped Dalgona coffee (Heaped, see below how to make the whip); 2 tbsp Milk; 25 g Chopped hazelnuts (Optional); 150 g Chocolate chips; 2 tbsp Instant coffee; 2 tbsp Granulated sugar; 2 tbsp Hot water
