Glad I read the comments on the site. Took a few tips: added a dusting of paprika on top, upped the temp to 375, baked for the first 30 minutes covered with foil, uncovered for the last 30 minutes—came out perfect! So customizable and is now a contender for Christmas morning breakfast, yum! Filling and delicious. Love that you can make the night before!
