Step 1
Firstly, preheat over to 350°F. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Secondly, in a pot boil the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, then strain and allow to cool.

Thirdly, thaw one sheet of phyllo dough then cut long strips about 1 inch thick each strip.

Next, begin wrapping the hot dog starting from the tip. Simply wrap, then pinch the bottom end of phyllo together.
Step 5
After that, combine 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon milk, brush the wrapped hot dogs and then bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden.
Step 6
Finally, serve warm with a side of ketchup, mustard, relish, or other dipping sauce.
