Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse

This is indeed very easy! Came out just firm enough (not as firm as a jello, more of a mousse) and very silky! Some of the comments said no need to add sugar, but I used Ghirardelli semi sweet dark chocolate chips and half the maple syrup and it is BITTER just like very dark chocolate. Will use milk chocolate chips next time and should be very yummy!

I don't find it necessary to add the maple syrup if you feel as if whatever chocolate base you use is sweet enough for your taste palate.

This was really easy to make, incredibly smooth and delicious, highly recommended this to everyone.
