1 cupself-rising flour
⅔ cupGreek yogurt
1 teaspooncinnamon
2 cupssugar

¼ cupmilk
½ cupmilk chocolate
or white chocolate
1 cuppowdered sugar
3 tablespoonunsalted butter
2 tablespoonmilk

1 teaspoonvanilla extract
2 cupsconfectioner's sugar
½ cupunsalted butter

1 teaspoonvanilla extract
¼ cupcocoa powder
unsweetened
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ cupwater

1 cupsprinkles

Instructions
To make the mini donuts
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour with the Greek yogurt. You may get some crumbles. Knead it for a few minutes and add some flour if the dough is too sticky.
Step 2
Sprinkle some flour on the counter and spread the dough using the rolling tin.
Step 3
With a mini donut cutter, form the doughnuts. Remove the unused dough and the doughnut holes away.
Step 4
Turn the rest of the dough into a ball and spread it again till you use it all.
Step 5
Heat the oil to 375°F in a deep pot. Put the donuts in for two minutes or until they become golden.
For the glaze
Step 6
To prepare the cinnamon glaze, whisk the powdered sugar, milk, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Step 7
To prepare the chocolate glaze, combine butter and milk in a medium saucepan. When the butter melts, add the chopped chocolate and whisk until it melts. Turn off the heat and add the powedered sugar. Whisk well until smooth.
Step 8
Place the warm donuts in the bowl to cover them totally. Then, set them on a rack until the glaze hardens.
Step 9
Top the chocolate with colorful sprinkles.
To make the frosting
Step 10
Mix the sugar and salt in a bowl. Stir in the boiled water, then add the melted butter and vanilla. Mix till you rich the consistency you desire.
Step 11
Pour half of the frosting into another bowl and add the cacao. Mix them till you get chocolate frosting.
Step 12
Dip the tops of the mini doughnuts in vanilla or chocolate frosting, then in the sprinkles white, black, or colored sprinkles.
