Instant Pot Baked Potatoes recipe

I like soft, steamed potatoes a lot so this was a really useful technique. Also good for the first round of twice-baked potatoes. I did increase my cooking time but I guess they were closer to the size the original recipe used because 20 minutes was a little too soft and the skins were cracking

Finally made perfect bakers! They were large baker size, so I took the advice in the comments and set them for 25 min.
