One of my favorite foods is roasted leg of lamb. I love lamb in general, but roasting it seems to bring out the best in it. This recipe was adapted from several Greek recipes and incorporates traditional flavors such as lemon, garlic, and rosemary. Although the photo shows a set, bone leg of lamb can also be found in smaller boneless legs.
