Instant Pot Chicken and Potatoes {Chicken Stew}

Fantastic!! I didn't have bay leaves but with the chicken and potatoes added fesh rosemary, thyme, oregano, creeping savory, taragon, and sage. For fresh herbs after venting I added Italian parsley, chives, spicy globe basil, and lemon verbena for a hint of citrus. I hesitantly added the garlic after venting (I've always added at the start of cooking) and have no regrets. I served it with crisp bacon bits, a dallop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese. Wonderful recipe! Tonight I'm going to try it with some broccoli in addition to the other veggies. Can't wait to try other variations!

is good, added on some more herbs at the end and some cornstarch to thicken.
