Instructions

Step 1
Prepare brownies as directed in a parchment-lined & greased 8×8 baking dish, and allow to cool completely (about 1 hour)
Step 2
Spread the softened Peppermint Partie ice cream evenly across the top of the brownies, followed by a layer of whipped topping, then crushed cookies
Step 3
Immediately place in freezer to allow everything to set for at least 2 hours (overnight is best)
Step 4
Allow to thaw slightly before cutting into bars/slices serve, and keep stored in the freezer
