I love!!! I doubled the recipe to the server to my family. I DID NOT use fresh garlic or ginger. Instead, I added some to meat while cooking and added more for the last few mins of cooking. Also added baisel and thyme. I choose not to add the greens even tho I wish I had. Instead, I added seed topping. Best easy fast on the go dinner. Noodles and meat with sauce were done at the same time!!! I was not expecting it to taste so much like sweet chili. Also, remember, u don't have to add chilies as much if u don't like spice.
