Instructions

Step 1
Start by peeling and halving about 4-5 oranges. Place them into a silicon bag or glass container and freeze overnight.
Step 2
To make the orange cups, cut off the tops of 4 large oranges, about 1/2 an inch pieces. Use a large spoon to a hallow out the interior flesh/juice over a bowl.
Step 3
Once all the juices and pulp are removed, place oranges onto a plate and place in the freezer. Freezing for at least a few hours. (Save the juice from hollowing out the oranges for another recipe or to drink)
Step 4
Once frozen, remove oranges from freezer and allow to thaw for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Then to a blender, add frozen oranges, coconut cream, oat milk (or nondairy milk of choice and vegan condensed milk. Optionally, you can add in vanilla extract and orange essential oil or the zest of an orange.
Step 6
Blend all ingredients until smooth. If using a high speed blender, use the tamper to push down as you go. If using a regular blender, you can stop as you go to mix the ingredients until to blends easily.
Step 7
Remove orange cups from freeze and use a spoon to pour in the ice cream into each orange. Top with the cut pieces of oranges.
Step 8
Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving. Optionally you can freeze overnight for a thicker ice cream consistency and thaw for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
Step 9
Keep frozen for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
