Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Dump the cherry tomatoes and gnocchi on a rimmed half-sheet pan.
Step 2
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Drizzle over the tomatoes and gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together well.
Step 3
Place the sheet pan in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the tomatoes start to burst and the gnocchi gets a little crispy.
Step 4
Serve each portion in a shallow bowl. Place burrata on top, drizzle with olive oil, and top with fresh basil and a sprinkle of flaky slat.
