Spotted dick bread

This is a simple, quick and delicious recipe! I didn’t bother making the butter though, so can’t comment on that.

Made this around 10 times, very delicious. I find sometimes need more buttermilk as too dry. I also added mixed spice this time. Just made this with gluten free flour and it's just as nice, takes longer to bake app 10/15 mins and doesn't rise as much but very nice for gf people. Will add savoury ingredients next time.

Took out fruit, need to add a little bit more flour
