250gpork belly
5 Tbspsoy sauce
½ Tbspbrown sugar
2 TbspKorean cooking wine
4garlic cloves
peeled
1 tspgrated ginger
200mlwater
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, Korean cooking wine, water, and grated ginger.
Step 2
Transfer the sauce into a pot or pan. Add sliced onion and peeled garlic. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the sliced pork belly and let simmer over medium heat until the sauce is reduced by two-thirds. Then add to your rice bowl. Enjoy 😘
