4 Ingredient Magic Cake

I didn’t manage a photo of this, it may have been just our baking skills as this was our first attempt in folding in whisked egg whites… The taste was quite bland for the amount of sugar used, it could possibly have been improved with cinnamon, as it was bland, We did get a good bottom layer, and the top was nice and brown, the middle we had probably 1-2mm of sponge like topping but the bottom was completely soft (similar to a quiche texture) We added the icing sugar similar to the pictures but not what’s listed in the ingredients Maybe after a few attempts it maybe better and we’d need to work on our folding in game!
