Beef Brisket In The Oven

Just took a small bite before letting it rest its tender and juicy. Its my first time cooking a meat like this and using a meat thermometer! Even though the steps aren't numbered th recipe was easy to follow. I like that the author teaches you about the meat.

Need less time baking than called for

I had a whole brisket from the butcher shop (about 7lbs). Used the dry rub recipe in the link, but added Cavender's and Mrs Dash Table blend, and I didn't measure any spices at all lol. Also rubbed the brisket down with Worcestershire sauce before adding the rub. Turned out GREAT! This'll be my go to for brisket from now on.
