Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add 1 cup of liquid egg whites, or 9 egg whites. Using a hand mixer, or kitchen stand mixer, whip on high speed for about 4 minutes until foamy.
Step 3
Add the sugar (or honey) one spoon at a time, the cacao powder, and starch. Whip for about 6 minutes, or until stiff peaks form and holds up.
Step 4
Pour and pile high on a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper. Smooth and shape into a round loaf shape.
Step 5
Bake for 25-26 minutes. Enjoy!
