Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Using your hands, continue to work the dough until the mixture resembles cookie dough. You may need to squeeze the dough together for the ingredients to stick together.
Step 3
Roll into bite sized balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop. I shaped mine into 2 tbsp pieces but create whatever size you like!
Step 4
Place balls into an airtight container for storage or eat them right away for easy snacking!
Step 5
These energy bites keep well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and freeze extremely well. They can freeze for up to 3 months. I actually love eating these frozen. They taste like yummy frozen oatmeal cookie dough pops!
