Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large mixing bowl whisk together mashed banana, peanut butter, coconut oil, eggs, sugar & vanilla

In a separate bowl combine coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder & salt
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips. Option to top with more chocolate
Step 5
Transfer batter into a greased 8½x4½ inch loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or just until the edges start turning golden
Step 6
Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting
