Instructions
Step 1
Into a food processor, scoop out the firm cream at the top of coconut milk cans, and just about 1 tbs of the liquid.
Step 2
Then add in all of the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Remove the extra lid in what’s called the “feed chute” so that you have a little open air situation.
Step 4
This allows more air in to make it fluffy!
Step 5
Pulse for a seconds at a time until it becomes smooth (but not runny) place in a bowl and serve or refrigerate until serving.
Step 6
It will also thicken up once refrigerated.
