Instructions
Chocolate Covered Potato Chips
Step 1
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval. Continue until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted.
Step 2
Pick out small chips or break larger chips in half. Smaller pieces are a better size for the snack mix.
Step 3
Dip each chip halfway into the melted chocolate. Make sure both sides are completely covered with chocolate. You can use a spoon to help evenly spread the chocolate onto the chips. Place each chip onto a parchment lined baking sheet or plate. Optionally sprinkle with flaky salt to taste.
Step 4
Let the chocolate completely harden before adding the potato chips to the snack mix. This can take a few hours or so.
Assembly
Step 5
Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Store in a holiday tin or other airtight container.
