Onion Pohe | Kanda Pohe
Onion Poha (Kanda Poha) is a must-have Maharashtrian breakfast! Quick and easy to make, this breakfast/snack is delicious and healthy too. You won't find any house in Maharashtra that does not have kande pohe for breakfast. Made with flattened rice and onions, this onion poha should be eaten hot right out of the pan with a generous helping of scraped coconut, coriander/cilantro, and freshly squeezed lemon juice that enhances its flavour even further.
