This super quick and delicious pasta is on the table in under 15 minutes and ticks all the boxes . Creamy delicious peppery and the sweetness of the peas make it super tasty and satiating . Of course you can add your choice of protein on the side as well as this goes with everything ! Enjoy !

Instructions

Step 1
Cook farfalle pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions

In a large bowl add egg yolks cream grated Parmesan 1-2 tsp freshly ground black pepper or rainbow pepper ( its spicy so add how much you like but it should be peppery ) and 1 cup chopped fresh parsley and mix together with a fork

Step 3
At the last minute of the pasta cooking add 1 cup frozen peas then cook one minute and drain the pasta . Reserve some of the pasta water . Toss the pasta into the bowl with the sauce then coat to combine add salt a ladle of pasta water then mix until creamy and delicious . To serve add more Parmesan and parsley and enjoy
