Instructions
Step 1
Take chicken in a big bowl. Add salt, vinegar and water. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
Step 2
After drain and wash thoroughly.
Step 3
Transfer chicken to the bowl and add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin and coriander powder, black pepper, white pepper, kashmiri chilli powder and salt.
Step 4
Give it a mix and rub spices very well on the chicken pieces.
Step 5
For coating , combine eggs, cornflour, plain flour and gram flour into the chicken pieces.
Step 6
Leave to marinate at least 3 hours in a ref rigerator.
Step 7
After heat up the oil on a medium flame.
Step 8
Add chicken pieces one by one in the oil .
Step 9
Don't turn the chicken for first 2 minutes then turn over and f ry until golden brown and crispy.
Step 10
Take out the f ried chicken on the wire rack and let it drip for few minutes before serving.
Step 11
Enjoy with homemade dipping sauce and f rench f ries.
