Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.

Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.

Add the Greek yogurt and liquid vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.

Add the milk and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, almond powder, baking powder) to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to crush them.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely. Optional: Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar or frost it with your favorite icing before serving.
