Instructions

Spinach filling

Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and remove the stem form the spinach.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for about 1,5min.
Step 3
Add the spinach. Fry until it has shrunk in size completely. Season with salt and pepper.

Wrap

Step 4
Chop the walnuts and dice the gorgonzola.
Step 5
Spread the front center of the wrap with the mayonnaise. Sprinkle on the walnuts.
Step 6
Top it with the spinach filling and finish with the gorgonzola.
Step 7
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 8
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
