Instructions
Step 1
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on bone marrow and bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes
Step 2
Remove marrow from bone and place in a bowl
Step 3
Add in all wet ingredients
Step 4
Chop all thick/solid ingredients
Step 5
Mix together
Step 6
Bake sliced bread for 5-10 minutes until crispy
Step 7
Clean bones and place the tartare into the bones. Top with flaky salt and alfalfa
