Instructions

Step 1
Cube the chicken and cook in a pan (or with saute setting on instapot)
Step 2
Add the pasta, chicken broth, pesto, garlic, spinach, chicken and tomatoes to the Instant Pot. Stir.
Step 3
Top with the feta block. Do not stir.
Step 4
Close the Instant Pot and set pressure to "high" for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Manually release the pressure after the cooking time.
Step 6
Open the Instant Pot and stir all the ingredients. It will look a little watery but as you stir, it will thicken up.
Step 7
Serve with a garnish of fresh basil, if desired.
