Slow Sesame Salmon
5 steps
Prep:5minCook:30min
This Slow Sesame Salmon recipe is my go-to recipe because it's so easy to remember, and it tastes incredible. I've made it hundreds of times since I first came up with it many years ago. The oven does all the work for you (my favourite kind of cooking), making it simple and clean, and the results are always delicious.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 120°C.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the coconut aminos and sesame oil. Place the salmon in a roasting dish and pour over the mixture, ensuring each side is well coated.
Step 3
Sprinkle over sesame seeds, and a sparing use of salt (if you are using tamari in place of coconut aminos, you may not need salt).
Step 4
Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve topped with fresh spring onion and a squeeze of lime.
