sliced and separated into white and green

20mldark soy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Slice the beef into thin strips. Mix the marinade ingredients together, then marinate the beef for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok for a few minutes. Add the marinated beef strips and fry for 2-3 minutes until beginning to crisp on the outside. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add the chopped garlic, white half of the spring onion and the sliced red onion into the pan and soften until fragrant. Add the soy sauces, oyster sauce and cornflour slurry to the pan and thicken.
Step 4
Add the beef back into the pan and coat with the sauce. Add the cooked noodles and green parts of the spring in and mix it all together. Serve with chilli flakes and sesame seeds to garnish.
