Step 1
Mix Parmesan cheese and spices. Lay flounder out on baking sheet and spray with olive oil spray. Dip flounder pieces into cheese/spice mixture to coat evenly, lay back on baking sheet, and spray top of fish with more olive oil spray. Bake in oven for about for 12-15 minutes. Or use your air fryer!
