There are so many buldak flavors out there! I got this brand-new flavor🤓 Make corn cheese following below.

To make Korean corn cheese: mix corn + mayo + sugar + cheese.

shredded mozzarella cheese

Get ready with ramen cooked and bring a bowl of warm water to soak rice paper.

Add corn cheese on the bottom first.
Step 5
And then, add ramen on top. Wrap and roll just like when you make ssam, or spring roll.

I recommend making it small so more ssam you can have😎

Cook it on very low heat so it doesn’t tear.

Serve with your favorite sauce! I dipped it in Buldak mayo sauce!
