Easy to make and very yammie. I described the vegan version but if you like, you can add (veggie) bacon bits to spice it up a bit.

Instructions
Prepare
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes in small cubes. Clean and cut the green beens. Chop onion and garlic. Wash and cut the bell peppers in small pieces.
Step 2
Take 2 separate pans and cook the potatoes and the green beans each for about 10 min or until ready. Drain and set aside.
Bake
Step 3
Add olive oil to a large deep pan and fry the onion for 5 min on medium heat. Add garlic and bell peppers and bake 3 more minutes. Then add the canned (or fresh if you like) tomatoes, corn, potatoes and beans. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and cumin. Let simmer until everything is hot. Enjoy! For those who like bacon in it, bake this together with the onion.
