Instructions
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the steak, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and ginger is evenly covered in marinade. Let marinate for at least 20m.

2. Heat oil in skillet or wok over M/H heat, dump meat and marinade in and brown steak on all sides. Remove from pan.
Step 3
3. Add broccoli to pan and brown for about 1m. Add water to pot and cover, let steam about 2m or until broccoli until tender.
Step 4
4. Remove lid and add garlic, red pepper, and sesame oil. Saute about 30s or until garlic becomes fragrant.
Step 5
5. Add steak back into pan, stirring to combine.
