Instructions

Step 1
Finely slice the Brown Onion. Finely slice the Spring Onion bulb and leaves and set aside.

Step 2
Place the frying pan on high heat and add a dash of olive oil. Add the onions to the pan and cook until they start to soften 4-5 minutes. Then add the mince beef and mix together until mince has completely broken up. Once mince is starting to brown, add the Seasoning Mix and water. Add in rinsed kidney beans, and tinned tomatoes. Stir through and reduce heat and leave simmer for another 5 minutes.

While mince is simmering, place roughly 50g of Corn chips on each plate and sprinkle half a cup of cheese on top of the corn chips. Microwave each plate for 45 seconds to melt the cheese.

Step 4
Now add the mince mixture, a severing of salsa and the sour cream to each plate. Top the meal off with the spring onion.
