Instructions
Step 1
Cut onion in half, then cut into slices. *thinner slices soak up more of the flavour of the brown
Step 2
Seperate/break up the slices on onion and fill up a glass jar/s with them
Step 3
Add all other Ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil
Step 4
Once boiled Immediately poor into onions filled jars.
* put a piece of paper towel on the top of the mixture to push the onions down and soak up the brine better
Step 5
Leave in fridge or a couple of hours or over night to marinate. Once ready discard to paper towel.
Step 6
Pickled onions will last for 2 weeks in the fridge
